This is a short policy, written plainly. We want you to know what to expect before you buy.

Digital Downloads

All Think Deeply products are delivered as digital downloads. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete and the file has been delivered.

This is standard for digital goods. We state it clearly here because we think you deserve to know before you decide to buy, not after.

Before You Purchase

Each product page describes what the tool does, how it works, and what it is built for. If you have questions about whether a particular tool is right for you, write to us before buying. We would rather help you decide than process a disappointed purchase.

Technical Problems

If a file arrives corrupted, fails to open, or is otherwise not what was described, that is a different matter entirely. Write to us and we will make it right. A broken download is not a completed sale.

Subscriptions

Think Deeply does not currently offer any subscription products. All tools are sold as one-time purchases. There is nothing to cancel.
